Before you hand over a shoebox
Why is this not open yet?
We are a small pilot. We want to know that enough families need this before we take anyone's originals. Join the waitlist and we will email you once if we open.
Does joining cost anything?
No. Nothing is charged and no card is asked for. You leave an email and a few details about your prints.
What happens to my originals?
They come back in the order they arrived. We do not cut, trim or write on them.
Can you take prints out of albums?
Yes, from albums that open safely. Fragile or bound albums go to a specialist we can refer you to.
How much of my time does it take?
About 2 to 4 hours to choose the prints and name the folders. We do the scanning and tagging.
Will you tell us who is in each photo?
No. We record where each print came from. Names and stories stay with your family.

How would prints reach you, and scans come back?
That is not settled yet. Before anything is sent, we will confirm how prints travel, the scan resolution and file format, and how you receive the folders.
