  • Your part: be there for the four hours and make each call.

You make every call

We photograph and write it down. Nothing is decided for you, or for family who has not agreed.

One person, named first

One person working with our studio, named to you before any session is booked. You can say no.

Nothing leaves the house

We do not sell, haul away or value anything, and we do no heavy lifting or packing.

How a session would go

One afternoon, one room, every item decided

  1. First half hour

    Walk the room together

You show us the room and what is in it. We agree what is in scope.

  2. The next three hours

    Photograph and decide

We photograph each item you can reach. You call keep, give or not sure, and say who it is for.

  3. Last half hour

Look at the not sure list

Some things settle once you see them together. The rest wait for family.

  4. Afterwards

    You get the register

A photo list of the room to share with family and your movers.

Helping a parent?

Book it together. Your parent makes the calls.

  • You can both be there for the session.
  • Your parent decides; the register records who each item goes to.
  • The whole family sees the same photos and decisions.

What we do not do

  • Sell, haul away or value anything
  • Heavy lifting or packing
  • Decide for you, or for family who has not agreed
  • Care, medical or legal advice

Questions

Before you book a room

Why is this not open yet?

We are a small pilot. We want to know that enough families need this before we book anyone's home. Join the waitlist and we will email you once if we open near you.

Does joining cost anything?

No. Nothing is charged and no card is asked for. You leave an email and a few details about the move.

Who would come to my home?

One person working with our studio, named to you before any session is booked. Nobody arrives unannounced, and you can say no.

Who makes the decisions?

The person whose things they are. We never decide for you, or for a family member who has not agreed.

Can I book this for my parent?

Yes, as long as your parent agrees and takes part. You can both be there for the session.

What does not sure mean?

The item goes on its own list with its photo, so you can decide later with family.

How much fits in four hours?

Up to 100 items in one room.

How do we receive the register?

We will confirm the format before the session, for example a shared link you can forward or a printed copy.
